SHIPPING:
There's not much worse than subscribing to a magazine and constantly having it arrive looking like it's been dragged behind the postal truck all the way to your house.
We take pride in the fact that almost all magazines we send are packaged in heavyweight paper envelopes and securely taped and labelled so that it gets to you in the condition it left us in.
ALL magazines, CDs and DVDs are shipped via Australia Post. Blankets and tikis are also shipped by Australia Post, unless requested otherwise by you.
We can also ship your magazines, CDs, DVDs, blankets or tikis by C.O.D, BUT, please note, this means you cover shipping costs (this method will cost you at least $10 over the cost of whatever you wish to purchase).
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Unless you want your stuff sent by C.O.D, there are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for shipping magazines, DVDs or CDs within Australia.....none, nada, zip! You don't pay a cent extra when we send your mags out to you. We don't feel that you should be disadvantaged just because you're in WA, Queensland or Tasmania. You pay the same as the guy at the swap meet or the hot rod show.
This often makes our magazines cheaper than the "price" other dealers charge, before they add on their "$1.50 for postage and handling".
Mexican blankets and tikis are subject to shipping charges, dependent on their weight and size, as determined by Australia Post.
International Customers: Shipping will be at cost price, as determined by Australia Post, to your postal address and added to the cost of the magazines.
HANDLING:
Huh?! Nah, we've never understood this bit........so we don't sting you for that either.
RETURNS:
Should you be unhappy with the condition of the magazine when you receive it, we will happily replace the damaged article upon it's return (shipping of original item is at customer cost) to Kustom Ink.
Should you be unhappy with the magazine itself, we will happily refund the purchase price upon it's return (shipping of original item is at customer cost) to Kustom Ink. We can also apply a credit to your name or substitute your purchase with another magazine of similar or lesser value, upon your approval or request.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due on ALL orders within 14 days of despatch, unless you opt to pay prior (PayPal, direct deposit, etc.) or C.O.D. No further orders will be fulfilled until previous account is settled.
Payment (as per prices) is ALWAYS to be in Australian Dollars.
WHOLESALE:
Nearly all stock is available at wholesale rates for your store. Email Kustom Ink for a complete list of available stock and prices, but please note, unless you are a recognised store or supplier you will not receive a list. Wholesale rates only apply to bulk order quantities and are subject to additional shipping charges. New wholesale customers are required to pay for stock up front.
